REQUIREMENTS:

- Responsible for own marketing, staff, translations, customer support, taxes, legal, payments & API setup
- Regional versions must be approved by Apple or Google review before publication
- Must work to interconnect international calling within 12 months
- Must demonstrate existing skills to meet responsibilities
- Must use our brand name and logo (translations ok)
- Title screens must state published under copyright
- Renewals contingent on delivery of quality service
- We are not responsible for 3rd party actions
- Compliance with regional regulations
- No integration into other software
- Must limit 3rd party access

- Android coding required based on iOS code
- We retain original company documents
- Integrate into other software if desired
- Responsible for own operations

Major competitors who we define as: Meta, X, Google, ByteDance, OnlyFans and Cameo Bookings
may submit bids for these offers but are subject to a premium of 10x the stated rates.

CANADIAN BIDDERS:

Canadian organizations who were directly invited may submit bids for their existing offers.

 

SALES COMMISSION/BOUNTY:

We're offering a 10% sales commission on the above listed offers to any individual who provides a reference which ultimately leads to and secures a paid and signed deal. If a buyer or licensee names an individual as their reference, we will reward that reference with ten percent of what we receive in that deal. Employees

and family members are not eligible for this offer.
