Payments for Fans
If Heroes OK your request or you accept a new time offer, your call time is agreed and we'll send you an email with your payment details and a system generated PayPal checkout link.
Calls are paid in advance to secure your agreed time.

Fans using our Guest checkout option have payments processed immediately, Heroes
receive funds right away, and calls may occur within one day if approved and paid quickly.

Non-guest checkout Fans must agree to pay, then revisit their PayPal account after 24 hours
to approve both payments, one for the hero and one for us. Both payments are required to proceed with calls. Attempts to avoid payments or not pay both fees may lead to a suspension of service.

Heroes are advised to verify receipt of funds before connecting to any calls.

Your call status will update in your scheduler once you've made or agreed to make a payment.
